What you should know before visiting PER&H for imaging services:

  • Appointments are not necessary and wait times are typically very short.

  • A physician order is required for radiology services. We accept cash payment or will file with your insurance. Ask our patient services team member which option may be best for you.

  • If you need a PCP to determine if radiology services are needed, we can help you with a referral to a PER&H Primary Care Physician.

For more information, please contact us with your questions or see our Billing & Insurance page to learn more about payment options and policies.

CT Scans

CT Scans

These scans use x-rays to create cross-sectional images of bones, blood vessels and soft tissues, helping to detect internal injuries and disease. Our advanced scanners are the safest available today, with greatly reduced potential radiation exposure compared to older medical equipment.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound

Ultrasound scans (also called sonograms) use high-frequency sound waves to create an image of part of the inside of the body. These are often used to monitor an unborn baby, diagnose a medical condition or help guide a physician during certain procedures.

X-ray Services

X-ray Services

Quicker and more efficient than older film-based equipment, our digital x-ray services help doctors diagnose broken bones, dislocated joints and other common conditions. Digital x-rays can be easily shared with your other healthcare provider by electronic means.
